Partner, Employment & Labor — Sioux Falls

Seeking a senior employment & labor partner to join a well-established regional practice in Sioux Falls. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace matters, defending employment litigation, and advising on executive compensation and benefits issues.

The appointed partner will lead client development efforts, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the practice’s presence in the region. This is a client-facing, rainmaking role with broad responsibility for practice strategy and delivery.

• Demonstrated partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and executive compensation matters
• Track record of client development and business generation
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and support staff
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to become admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
