Senior hire sought for a partner-level role in a national employment and labor practice. The role will handle complex labor and employment matters across state and federal forums and work with public- and private-sector clients.

The partner will join an established team in Tallahassee, contributing both casework and practice development. There is an expectation of growing client relationships and helping lead local counsel efforts, with support from a broader national platform.

Established employment and labor practice with partner-level experience (lateral hire).
Proven track record in employment litigation, NLRB/administrative proceedings, and/or collective bargaining matters.
Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to bring or expand client relationships.
Bar admission in Florida and strong professional references; leadership and team management experience.
