Partner — Energy & Environmental, Bay Area

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced energy and environmental lawyer to join a well-established practice serving infrastructure and project clients. The role focuses on high-value transactional and regulatory matters across power, renewables, and related infrastructure in the Bay Area and nationally.

Flexible, location‑agnostic arrangements are available; billing rates start at $1,200 per hour and candidate evaluation will be on a sliding scale. The team seeks a rainmaker who can lead mandates, manage client relationships and grow a market-facing practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in energy, environmental or infrastructure transactions and project development
• Proven business development and client-management skills with a focus on institutional and corporate clients
• Ability to supervise teams and drive cross-practice workstreams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
