Partner — Energy & Environmental (Bay Area)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Energy & Environmental practice in a major Bay Area office. The role focuses on structuring and advising on energy, environmental and infrastructure matters for corporate and project clients across the U.S.

The successful candidate will build and lead a team, manage high‑value matters, and deepen client relationships. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships.

• Established partner with a strong track record in energy and environmental law (project work, transactions, regulatory, or complex counseling).
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
• Experience leading teams and cross‑practice matters, with excellent business development skills.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent academic/professional credentials.
