Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and expand its Energy and Environmental practice in the Chicago office. The role will handle complex energy and infrastructure matters, advising corporate and project clients on transactional, regulatory, and environmental aspects.

The partner will be expected to originate and lead client engagements, work across multidisciplinary teams, and help grow a market-facing practice focused on energy and infrastructure projects. The office supports flexible, location‑agnostic arrangements.

Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental, or infrastructure matters
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships and a portable practice
Strong transactional and regulatory skills relevant to energy projects
Bar admission and relevant licensing for practice in the U.S.; Chicago-licensed preferred
