Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Energy and Environmental practice in Cincinnati. The role focuses on advising energy and infrastructure clients on regulatory, transactional and environmental matters, and leading client teams on complex matters across the region.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and growing client relationships and will play a visible role in business development while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with broad national capabilities while maintaining a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience in energy and environmental law (regulatory, transactional or permitting matters).
History of business development and client origination; portable practice welcomed.
Ability to lead teams and manage complex matters across energy, infrastructure and environmental issues.
Licensed in Ohio or able to seek admission; excellent written and oral advocacy and client-management skills.
