Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas energy and environmental practice. The role will handle matters across energy infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and transactional work for clients in the energy sector.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can lead and develop a team, advise on complex regulatory and project issues, and contribute to business development efforts. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the energy/infrastructure space are desirable.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a focus on infrastructure and regulatory matters
Proven track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Business development experience and a demonstrable portable practice or client network preferred
Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and strong written and oral advocacy skills
