The ideal candidate will have an established energy regulatory and transactional practice, experience with renewable energy projects, and familiarity with FERC-related matters. A portable client base/track record of originating business is required.

Established partner with significant experience in energy regulatory and transactional work (10+ years typical)
Demonstrated experience on renewable energy projects and related environmental issues
Familiarity with FERC and other energy regulatory processes preferred
Proven ability to bring and develop client relationships — portable practice required
