Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice in Houston. The role will focus on advising clients across energy and infrastructure matters, blending regulatory, transactional and project-related work.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within the local team, drive business development, and manage cross-practice collaboration on complex client matters. Portable client relationships and an ability to originate and expand work are important.

Partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, with experience on infrastructure-related matters.
Proven business development record and portable client relationships.
Experience leading teams and managing significant matters or transactions.
Active bar admission (Texas preferred) and JD from an accredited law school.
