The role emphasizes courtroom and regulatory litigation, counseling clients across the energy sector on high-stakes enforcement, remediation and commercial matters.

This is a partner-level opening for a candidate able to develop and lead a practice in the region. The team welcomes lawyers with an established, portable practice who can originate work as well as collaborate on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental litigation, including trial and regulatory enforcement work
Track record of originating or managing complex matters; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in Texas (or willingness to obtain) and strong client-development skills
Ability to work on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional disputes and to mentor junior lawyers
