Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated energy and environmental practice in the Miami office, with a strong focus on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas and maritime construction matters. The role will handle complex transactional and regulatory work for domestic and cross-border clients.
The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups on infrastructure and energy-related matters.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience advising on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas and maritime construction or related infrastructure matters
- Track record of client origination and team leadership on significant transactions and regulatory matters
- Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work in Miami
