Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated energy and environmental practice in the Miami office, with a strong focus on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas and maritime construction matters. The role will handle complex transactional and regulatory work for domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups on infrastructure and energy-related matters.

Established partner-level experience advising on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas and maritime construction or related infrastructure matters
Track record of client origination and team leadership on significant transactions and regulatory matters
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work in Miami
