Apply in confidence →An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office to lead and expand practices across energy, environmental, tax and maritime/construction matters. The role will focus on transactional and regulatory work for energy and infrastructure clients, with significant opportunities in renewables, oil & gas and project development.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice team and work on matters that span tax structuring, regulatory compliance and construction/maritime issues. This is a visible role that combines client-facing work, business development and mentoring of junior lawyers.
- Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
- Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental, tax or maritime/construction matters, with a track record of leading transactions or regulatory matters.
- Comfortable advising on renewables, oil & gas, infrastructure projects and related tax/regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated business development ability and readiness to bring or grow a portable practice.
