Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Miami. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and enforcement matters for clients in the energy sector, with an emphasis on environmental permitting, EPA-related work and state regulatory compliance.

The team advises developers, operators and other energy-industry clients across transactional and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of environmental law and a track record handling complex regulatory matters in the energy space.

Established partner with a strong Energy and Environmental practice
Proven experience with EPA and state environmental regulatory matters and permitting
Demonstrable client development skills and an ability to originate or expand business; portable practice welcomed
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to service national clients from the Miami office
