Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in Miami. The role focuses on counseling energy-sector clients on environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and transactional support.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, drive business development, and mentor a team of associates and counsel. Work will involve interaction with federal and state regulators and high-profile industry stakeholders.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in energy and environmental matters, including regulatory, permitting, and enforcement work
Experience interacting with EPA and state environmental regulators
Proven business development skills and experience leading teams
Bar admission in Florida or clear eligibility to be licensed
