Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Energy and Environmental practice in New York. The role will combine high-level transactional, regulatory and counseling work for clients across the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and expand a transactional and regulatory practice, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law with a demonstrated track record of leading matters.
Strong experience in transactional and regulatory matters affecting energy and environmental clients.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business or clear business development pipeline preferred.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in New York; team leadership and mentoring experience.
