Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Orange County. The role focuses on advising project developers, infrastructure owners and regulated entities on energy, environmental permitting, regulatory compliance and related transactional matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage client relationships, and work with cross-practice teams on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. This is an opportunity to grow an established regional practice with firm support for business development and team expansion.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including infrastructure or project experience.
Strong track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Experience supervising associates and working in cross-functional teams.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in California.
