Practice group seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow energy and environmental matters from the firm’s Palo Alto office. The role blends transactional, regulatory and infrastructure work across renewable energy, power and related environmental permitting and compliance matters.

The partner will work with an established, multidisciplinary team and be expected to originate and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the West Coast energy platform. Portable clients or a demonstrable book of business are welcomed.

Established partner with significant experience in energy, environmental and infrastructure matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Practical experience with regulatory permitting, project development, and transactional documentation.
Strong leadership and business-development skills; ability to supervise associates and collaborate across practice areas.
