Partner — Energy & Environmental, Washington, D.C.

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental group in Washington, D.C. The role will advise on regulatory, transactional and project-development matters across energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will provide partner-level leadership within a multidisciplinary team, expand client relationships, and work on matters involving permitting, compliance, and transactional support for energy and infrastructure projects. A portable practice and business development capability are welcomed.

• Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with significant experience on regulatory and infrastructure matters
• Proven track record of client development and ability to originate or grow business
• Bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to transfer; excellent written and oral advocacy
• Comfort working across transactional, regulatory and permitting issues; team leadership experience
