Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to lead and expand an energy-focused practice. The role will cover energy and environmental work with regular crossover into tax, maritime, and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will advise developers, project owners and commercial clients on renewable energy projects, oil & gas matters, infrastructure deals and related regulatory and transactional issues. The position offers a senior platform with institutional support and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner with a proven track record in energy and environmental matters, including renewable energy and oil & gas.
Experience advising on infrastructure, maritime-related construction or related regulatory/tax issues.
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice or book of business preferred.
Strong transactional and project-development experience; excellent client-facing and team leadership skills.
