Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and expand an energy and infrastructure practice in Charlotte. The role focuses on tax, environmental, maritime and construction matters across renewable energy, oil & gas and related infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will advise on transactional, regulatory and project development issues, work with cross-disciplinary teams, and drive business development in the southeastern U.S. This position offers a leadership role with access to national and international resources.

  • Seasoned partner with significant experience in energy, renewable or oil & gas matters and related tax/environmental/maritime or construction work
  • Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal teams
  • Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); strong writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
