Senior lateral partner hire to lead and grow a major energy practice in Houston, with a focus on both upstream/downstream oil & gas and renewable energy projects. The role involves leading transactional work, advising on project development and financing, and supporting cross‑border matters with a global team.

The team is seeking a partner with a portable practice who can bring client relationships and help expand business in the region. The role includes people management, business development, and collaboration with other practice groups across offices.

Established partner-level experience in energy transactions and project work (oil & gas and/or renewables).
Proven business development record and ability to bring or expand client relationships (portable book of business preferred).
Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross‑border matters.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission; local market presence or willingness to relocate to Houston.
