Partner — Energy Tax, Washington, D.C.

Leading law firm seeks a partner to build and lead an Energy Tax practice from its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on advising sponsors, developers and investors on the tax structuring of energy and infrastructure transactions, with an emphasis on both traditional and renewable energy matters.

The partner will provide hands-on technical tax advice, manage and grow a team, and work collaboratively across practices (e.g., finance, corporate) to deliver integrated solutions. Significant business-development responsibility and client relationship ownership are key to the role.
