The role focuses on advising sponsors, developers and investors on the tax structuring of energy and infrastructure transactions, with an emphasis on both traditional and renewable energy matters.
The partner will provide hands-on technical tax advice, manage and grow a team, and work collaboratively across practices (e.g., finance, corporate) to deliver integrated solutions. Significant business-development responsibility and client relationship ownership are key to the role.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Unrestricted bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to obtain)
- Established track record advising on tax matters for energy transactions and projects
- Proven experience leading teams and developing client relationships
