Partner, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance — Nashville

Major national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its environmental, land and natural resources practice from the Nashville office. The role combines client-facing regulatory counseling with litigation preparedness and transactional support across federal and state environmental matters.

The team advises on regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental due diligence, and enforcement defense; experience with CEQA or similar state-level environmental review regimes is highly desirable. This is a practice-building role with expectations for originating and managing client engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory counseling, and related permitting or enforcement matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and growing revenue
• Experience with CEQA or comparable state environmental review frameworks preferred
