Lead and grow a banking and finance practice within a well-established US firm focused finance team based in Charleston. The role offers a senior platform to originate and manage commercial lending, syndicated finance and related corporate finance matters for regional and national clients.

This is a partner-level seat with firm support for business development and cross-office collaboration. The team handles a full range of banking transactions and seeks a senior lawyer who can drive high-quality legal work and client relationships.

Established partner-level background in banking and finance transactions (commercial lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending or similar).
Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage client relationships.
Business-generation capability or a portable practice welcome; comfort with active business development.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across practice groups.
