Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Charleston

Experienced finance partner sought to join a national practice focused on finance, corporate and securities work. The role will focus on lead deal work across private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions, advising sponsors, issuers and lenders.

The successful candidate will originate and grow client relationships, supervise deal teams and collaborate across practice groups to expand transactional capabilities. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a busy, cross-practice transactional platform in Charleston.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and closing private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
• Significant partner-level transactional experience in finance/corporate/securities matters
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
