Leading national/international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Charleston. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on commercial lending and finance transactions and expanding the regional banking practice.

The ideal candidate will have an established partner-level practice, experience handling a range of banking and finance matters, and a track record of originating and managing client engagements. Partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (commercial lending, syndicated loans, or related areas)
Proven client origination and relationship management skills; portable business welcomed
Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
Admission to practice in a relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
