Senior finance partner role for a well-established national firm’s Atlanta office. The team handles a range of corporate and financing matters for borrowers, lenders and sponsors across private credit, fund-related and asset-based transactions.

We are seeking a commercially focused partner to lead and originate transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financing and corporate structuring matters.

The role is open to candidates with a demonstrable portable practice or established client relationships in finance, private credit, funds or banking-related work.

Partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including corporate finance and asset-based lending
Proven record of originating and closing complex financings and fund-related matters
Established portable client relationships and the ability to bring business to the practice
Strong team leadership, client management and mentoring skills
