Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practices in the Minneapolis market. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated financing, banking and capital markets work for corporate and institutional clients across industry groups.

The partner will lead client engagements, originate new business, and collaborate with existing practice teams to expand platform capabilities. Work will include negotiating credit facilities, financings and related corporate transactions, and advising lenders and borrowers on complex commercial matters.

Open to candidates nationwide. The firm welcomes experienced partners with an established, portable practice and a demonstrable track record of client origination who can integrate with sector-focused teams.

Established partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate transactional work.
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable book of business preferred.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation abilities on credit facilities, financings and related corporate agreements.
Ability to collaborate across industry-focused teams and mentor senior associates.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
