Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, New York

Leading national full‑service law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in New York. The role will focus on investment management and asset management work, advising fund sponsors, managers and institutional investors on transactional and regulatory matters.

This is a front‑facing, rainmaking position. The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to grow a portable practice, originate matters and lead complex transactions across the firm’s US platform.

• Established partner with significant experience in investment management and asset management transactions.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or build a portable book of business.
• Deep technical knowledge of finance and corporate transactional issues affecting funds and managers.
• Licensed to practise in New York (or eligible) and able to work on US matters.
