Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Kansas City. The role will focus on lending, capital markets and related corporate finance matters, working with cross-disciplinary teams across the firm’s industry groups.

The team handles sophisticated commercial lending and capital markets work for institutional and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to build and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with sector-focused partners.

Open to candidates nationwide; portable business is welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Established partner with significant experience in finance, commercial lending and/or capital markets.
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships.
Strong business development skills and ability to work collaboratively across industry groups.
Eligible candidates may include those with a portable practice or book of business.
