Leading regional law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Muscat. The role will focus on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on lending, project finance and other financing matters across Oman and the region.

The successful candidate will lead mandates, develop team capability locally, and help grow the firm’s banking and finance practice by deepening existing client relationships and originating new work. This is a partner-level role for a lawyer with an established practice in the sector.

Partner-level experience advising on banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of leading mandates and supervising junior lawyers.
Ability to bring or develop a portable practice and to contribute to business development.
Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s) and experienced in Oman/regionally focused matters.
