Leading national law firm is seeking a finance partner to join its Oklahoma City office to build and lead banking and finance engagements. The role focuses on originating and managing commercial lending, secured transactions and related finance matters for a range of borrowers and lenders.

The position offers a platform to develop a portable practice, supervise junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices. The team advises on traditional bank lending, asset-based finance and other commercial finance arrangements.

Established partner-level experience in banking and commercial finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing finance matters and supervising deal teams.
Business development ability; open to candidates with a portable practice or book of business.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission; Oklahoma bar preferred.
