The role combines client origination, deal execution and team leadership across capital markets and related financing matters. You will work with domestic and cross‑border transactions, advising institutional and corporate clients.
- Proven track record in capital markets and finance transactions; strong technical skills in securities matters
- Established leadership experience and ability to manage and develop a team
- Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and significant partner‑level experience
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
