Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance practice focused on leveraged and structured finance work. The role is based in Sioux Falls and will involve originating and advising on sophisticated financing transactions across institutional and sponsor clients.

The firm is seeking a commercial, business‑development oriented lawyer who will run a team, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice strategy while maintaining a strong personal client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven leadership and client‑relationship skills; track record of originating work
