Established partner with significant experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions
Proven track record advising on syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and related capital-markets matters
Portable book of business preferred; open to candidates with an existing practice that can integrate with sector groups
Strong client development skills and ability to work across a national practice
