Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established practice serving technology, media & entertainment, and transportation industry clients from the St. Louis office. The role combines client-facing deal work and strategic industry-focused advice across commercial transactions and regulatory matters.

Open to candidates nationwide; the team welcomes leaders able to develop client relationships and win new work. The firm offers resources to support cross-practice collaboration with other industry-focused lawyers.

Established partner-level experience advising technology, media/entertainment or transportation clients (transactions, commercial agreements, licensing, or regulatory work)
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Track record of leading engagements and mentoring junior lawyers
J.D. and active bar membership in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or willingness to seek admission)
Open to candidates based outside St. Louis who can build a client presence for the office
