Senior partner-level opening for an experienced finance and corporate lawyer to lead and grow a project finance practice in Muscat. The role focuses on advising corporate and institutional clients on structured financings and corporate transactions across the region.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for developing local capability and succession planning, mentoring junior lawyers, and retaining and expanding client relationships. The successful candidate will join a well-established regional platform and will have scope to shape the practice’s strategic direction.

Proven partner‑level experience in project finance and corporate transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or develop a portable practice is an advantage.
Experience leading teams, supervising matters, and mentoring senior associates.
Strong commercial judgment and knowledge of regional finance and corporate regulatory regimes.
Eligible to practice and work in Oman or able to relocate.
