Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy finance and corporate team in the New York office. The role will focus on asset management and investment management work across fund and investment-related transactions and regulatory matters.

The team handles a mix of transactional and regulatory matters for institutional clients; the successful candidate will play a leading client-facing role, supervise associates, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.

Established partner with significant experience in asset management and investment management matters
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Experience supervising teams on complex finance and corporate transactions
Admission to practice and residency in New York (or ability to be admitted)
