Partner — Finance, Corporate & Securities, New York

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Finance, Corporate and Securities capabilities in New York. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital sponsors, and on capital markets and financing transactions across U.S. and cross-border matters.

The partner will originate and lead complex transactions, manage and grow client relationships, and supervise deal teams. The team works collaboratively across practices to deliver integrated corporate and finance solutions for institutional and sponsor clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level transactional experience in private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters
• Proven record of client origination and team leadership
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to admit
