Partner — Finance & Energy (Dallas)

Senior transactional partner role in Dallas focused on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The position will lead complex financing matters for sponsors and developers across the energy sector, with a strong emphasis on structured project financings and renewable energy deals.

The role requires business development leadership, managing deal teams, and developing cross-practice relationships across finance and energy matters. The hire will work with established industry clients and cultivate new relationships in the U.S. renewables market.

• Significant partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex financings
• Admitted to practice in Texas or able to obtain admission
