This position combines client development, matter leadership and team management — collaborating with cross-practice groups and office teams to service national and industry-focused clients in life sciences, technology and energy.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience handling private equity-related finance matters, patent litigation and antitrust disputes
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams
Active bar admission and ability to practice in California
