Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office to strengthen practices at the intersection of finance and intellectual-property litigation. The role will focus on patent litigation matters paired with finance-related work (including leveraged and structured finance).

The successful candidate will take a visible role developing client relationships, supervising teams on complex disputes and transactional-finance matters, and helping grow an integrated IP/finance offering in the region. This is a partner-track lateral opportunity where a portable practice and demonstrable origination are valued.

Established partner with substantial experience in patent litigation.
Significant familiarity with finance matters, such as leveraged and structured finance, and ability to advise on related transactional issues.
Proven track record of business development and client origination (portable practice preferred).
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work from the Austin office.
