Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to develop and lead patent litigation matters while supporting related finance and structured/leveraged finance work. The role is client-facing and requires building and managing a busy docket and coordinating cross-practice team resources.

The successful candidate will join a broad platform with national reach and work on high‑value matters alongside experienced litigators and finance specialists. This is an opportunity for an established partner to grow an existing portable practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial, demonstrable patent litigation experience and courtroom/trial exposure.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; an existing portable book of business is required.
Experience advising on finance matters (leveraged and structured finance) is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to mentor associates and collaborate across practice groups.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
