Senior lateral partner opportunity in Denver for a lawyer with a strong client base across finance, litigation and intellectual property matters. The role calls for a partner who will lead a multi-discipline practice, originate business and manage client relationships.

The team handles leveraged and structured finance work alongside complex patent litigation and related IP disputes. The successful candidate will join an established platform and work with senior lawyers across practice groups to grow regional and national engagements.
