Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated finance and litigation practice in Philadelphia, with particular strength across leveraged/structured finance and patent litigation. The role will focus on originating and managing complex financing transactions and high-value IP disputes for corporate and institutional clients.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for client development, cross-practice collaboration, and managing partner- and senior-associate-led teams on major matters.
