Senior partner-level opening to lead and grow a transactional finance and capital-markets practice in the Atlanta office of a well-established national/international firm. The role will focus on representing issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on capital markets and finance matters.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and be expected to develop client relationships, originate work and provide senior oversight on complex transactions. This is a leadership role with substantial client-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape practice strategy locally.
