Senior partner hire to lead and grow a financial‑services practice in the firm's Montreal office. The role blends corporate, transactional and regulatory work advising banks, insurers, intermediaries and fund managers.

Ideal for a market‑facing partner who can originate and manage complex finance and fund matters, mentor a small team, and help expand client relationships across Canada.

• Corporate, regulatory or transactional background in financial services (no litigators)
• Experience advising banks, insurers, intermediaries and/or fund managers
• Interest or experience in fund management, fund formation or portfolio management
• Located in Toronto or Montreal
• Portable book of business of 2 to 3M canadian dollars
