Leading law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Healthcare and Education practices in the Denver office. The role will focus on advising healthcare and education sector clients on a mix of regulatory, transactional and compliance matters and building a visible practice within those industry groups.

The team works across healthcare, life sciences and education matters and offers national platform support; candidates from outside the region are welcome to apply. The firm is open to partner hires with a portable practice and proven business development capability.

Established partner-level background in healthcare and/or education law (regulatory, transactions or compliance).
Proven track record of business origination and client relationship development; portable practice considered.
Strong industry knowledge of healthcare and life sciences or education sector issues.
J.D. and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers.
