Senior partner role to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the Geneva office. The role combines client-facing matter leadership with responsibility for developing new business across the region.

We are looking for an experienced partner with a track record advising life sciences and healthcare clients on complex regulatory, commercial and transactional matters. The office offers a location‑agnostic model and a platform to build and scale a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences legal work.
Demonstrable business development and client origination capability; portable book of business desirable.
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
Admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and able to work with cross-border matters.
