Senior lawyer sought to lead and develop a real estate and construction practice from the Geneva office of a highly regarded firm. The role will combine high-value transactional and advisory work across commercial property, development, leasing and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, deliver matter leadership, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and work with the firm's broader regional teams. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business is welcome; the team is open to candidates with existing client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience advising on real estate and construction matters.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing complex transactions and disputes.
Admission to practise in Switzerland or equivalent qualification.
