Partner, Healthcare — New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in New York. The role will focus on counseling health‑care and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, and will involve significant client development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will join an established practice group and will work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams on matters involving healthcare regulation, corporate transactions, and compliance programs. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating and managing client engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
• Track record of client origination and relationship management
• Strong leadership and team management skills; admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify)
