Partner — Insurance Coverage, New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a policyholder-focused insurance coverage practice in New York. The role combines counseling, aggressive coverage litigation and insurance placement work, with a platform to handle complex, high-stakes coverage disputes.

The partner will advise corporate clients on coverage positions, drive litigation to secure indemnity, and play a significant role on M&A matters and due diligence relating to reps & warranties and transactional insurance issues. Established platform and support for business development provided.

• Significant insurance coverage experience on the policyholder side, including coverage litigation and counseling
• Track record on M&A-related insurance due diligence, reps & warranties and transactional insurance matters
• Demonstrated client origination and practice leadership at the partner level
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility)
• Portable book of business of $250k+ (USD)
